Volunteer Clearance and Affirmation Information
ALL Parents must complete the Volunteer Background Clearance and sign the Annual Affirmation form after you’ve completed
the clearance.
If you have not done so, please follow the link below. You will not be able to participate/volunteer in any capacity regarding the football program if you have not completed the paperwork.
