The 2020 and 2021 the Falcons were coached by Dan McShane. The Falcons failed to win a game in the Covid shortened 2020 season and the 2021 season. In 2022 former Head Coach Galen Snyder returned to the Falcons. In Coach Snyder’s first season back, the Falcons won the SOL National.
