2019 COACHING STAFF
Dan McShane - Head Coach
Coach McShane graduated from West Catholic High School for boys and then West Chester University. He has been coaching high school football since 1982. During this period of time, he has been an offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, special team coordinator and head coach. Dan has coached at West Catholic, Conestoga and Bensalem High School. Mr. McShane teaches Health and Physical Education at Bensalem High School. He lives in Marlton, NJ with his wife Peggy and their three Children; Daniel, Catherine and Colin.
Ian Bell - Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers
Coach Bell is in his 13th year of coaching. He is a former Bensalem High School student and football player. In 2007, Coach Bell graduated from Ursinus College where he played defensive line on the football team. Coach Bell currently teaches math at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and resides in Bensalem.
Dan Shuchat - Defensive Coordinator and Safeties
Coach Shuchat is a graduate of Temple University and is a science teacher at Bensalem High School. He has been coaching high school football since 1994 at Frankford High School, Bensalem High School and this in his eighth year coaching at Pennsbury High School. He has coached nearly every position on the field during his coaching career and will be the defensive coordinator this season. He is married to his wife Lynn and has two sons; Tyler and Nolan.
Blake Baker - Defensive Backs
Former Falcon Coach Baker returns to the orange and black is in his first season as a Pennsbury defensive backs coach. Coach Baker continued his playing career at West Chester University where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. Coach Baker currently works as an Autistic Support Aide at Hatboro Horsham High School. Coach Baker resides in Hatboro, with his football loving family wife Colleen, son Jaxson, and dog Tootsie.
Ryan Brady - Defensive Line
Coach Brady is a graduate of Bensalem High School, Class of 2008. After graduation, he played Defensive end at Shippensburg University and graduated in 2012. Coach Brady is entering his third season with the Falcons and coaching Defensive Line. He is currently a Funeral Director for Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C. and resides in Langhorne with his wife Allie and daughter Hailey.
Jeff Chipper - Wide Receivers
Coach Chipper is a 1986 graduate of Johnson City High School where he played WR and spent 2 years as assistant WR coach. He graduated from Binghamton University in 1990 and currently runs an Employee Benefits/Wealth Management practice. During the past 7 years, Jeff has been Head Coach in NFL Lower Bucks 14-17 age Flag Football and has a National Tournament Team with current and former Pennsbury players. He lives in Yardley with his wife Lisa and two children, Jake and Sasha.
Dennis Cox - Running Backs and Outside Line Backers
Coach Cox graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2001, Temple University in 2006, and received his M.Ed. from Cabrini University in 2017. This fall is his 6th year coaching high school football and first season with Pennsbury High School. He has previously coached at Morrisville High School, William Tennent High School, and Council Rock North High School. Dennis is employed at William Tennent High School as a Special Education/English teacher and resides in Levittown with his wife Stephanie.
Kevin Garland - Defensive Backs
Coach Garland graduated from Hatboro-Horsham High school in 2005. Coach played college ball at Lackawanna College and West Chester University. This is Coaches first year at Pennsbury High school where he will be coaching the defensive backs. Coach Garland also coached at Hatboro-Horsham the 2016 and 2017 season, coaching running backs and defensive backs. Coach is a Special Education (Emotional Support) Assistant at Hatboro-Horsham High School. He has an amazing wife and two handsome little boys.
Robinson Gautier - Freshman Head Coach
Robinson Gautier graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2000. He graduated from Kutztown University in 2004, and Holy Family University in 2013. Coach Gautier has been coaching football since 2012, he has been head coach of the Freshman football team since 2015. Coach Gautier teaches English in the Twilight department at Pennsbury High School West Campus. Coach Gautier lives in Langhorne, Pennsylvania with his wife Kimberlee and their two daughters; Isabella and Sophia.
Jim Gober - Quarterbacks
Coach Gober Graduated from Whitehall High School in 1985 and from Lock Haven University in 1989. This fall will mark his 19th year of high school coaching and second season with Pennsbury High School. He has previously coached at Morrisville High School (Head Coach), Germantown High School (Defensive Coordinator) and William Tennent High School (Offensive Coordinator). Jim is a social studies teacher at Morrisville High School and has three children Jared, Rebecca and Juliana.
Tony Rudy - Defensive Line
Coach Rudy graduated from and played football at both Neshaminy High School(92) then Kutztown University(98). This will be his 21st year coaching football. He has coached in the Council Rock, Neshaminy and Abington football programs. Coach Rudy teaches Economics and American History at The Bucks County Technical HS. He is married to his beautiful wife Kim and they have an 11 year old son Brock. This is his first year coaching D-line at Pennsbury.
Vince Sannelli - Defensive Line and Football Operations
Coach Sannelli is in his fourth year coaching the defensive line at Pennsbury. Coach is a 1990 graduate of Neshaminy High School and a member of the school’s Football Hall of Fame. Upon Graduation he served in the United States Marine Corps. Coach is currently employed at Origlio Beverage, he resides in Yardley Pa. with his wife Simone and there three boys Dominick, Dante and Rocco.
Andrew Spano - Offensive Line
Andrew Spano graduated from Bensalem High School in 2000 and from Ursinus College n 2004 after a four-year playing career. He has a BS in Physics. Andrew started his coaching career in 2005 at Bensalem High School as an offensive line coach and has also been an offensive line coach at Upper Moreland high school. He currently resides in Warminster Township with his wife Laura and two daughters Brienna and Alexandra.
